Terry Fletcher is a Bradenton, Florida native with a bachelor of science in real estate and finance from Florida State University in Tallahassee. He is a second generation Realtor, and has been active in real estate for over a decade. Terry’s real estate goal is to provide customers with a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations. Today’s technology allows his customers to access information anytime and anywhere. His commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service is the key to a repeat and referral business. Terry has been working in real estate in some capacity since the age of 14. When he was young, he would assist his mother with direct mail, putting up signs and various other tasks. He went to college and earned a degree in real estate, something only 3 percent of agents nationwide possess.

Terry has joined the Travis Group, “The Waterfront Leaders” at RE/MAX Alliance Group. In 2016 The Travis Group were the top producing agents in Manatee County.

In his free time, Terry enjoys boating, fishing, scuba diving, spearfishing and golfing.

Terry is a member of the REALTOR Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
