Meet Christy Travis-Hey, Jay Travis and Kimberly Mills, founders of the Ultra Luxury Property Group. According to Christy “The goal of our business model is to be a full service concierge experience for our high end clients. We recently had a person in the entertainment business contact us regarding properties on the West Coast. We arranged for them to fly into Dolphin Aviation, had a car service pick them up and even had a local chef bring dinner to their location. After identifying a property that would work for them, we were able to get them in contact with a local attorney, interior designer, and many other requests that they needed to accommodate the purchase. They requested extreme privacy and we were able to ease their mind with our confidentially agreement and purchase through an LLC.
With over 45 years of combined experience these three agents have the knowledge, experience and proven track record to get the job done. Christy and Jay, brother and sister team, have been selling real estate for 15 years. They have earned 10 designations in the field and continue to stay on top of the changing real estate market. Before real estate, Christy was a standout junior player on the Florida Junior Tennis Circuit, and went on to play for the NCAA Division I powerhouse Florida State University. She uses the discipline and drive that made her a fierce and formidable opponent on the tennis court to equal and surpass the sales volume of real estate professionals in the area.
Jay grew up playing competitive tennis, went on to play at Florida State University, and competed in professional tournaments. Jay developed a laser focus that eventually led him to another ultra competitive challenge: real estate sales and speculation. While being interviewed about his real estate career, Travis has continually cited his junior tennis experience as the primary catalyst of his success. He is also an avid fisherman and boater. He has extensive knowledge of the area waterways. This information is extremely valuable to their clients who purchase waterfront property.
Kimberly brings to the table, 15 years of experience and also in leadership positions within her industry. She takes her business serious and believes in value added services. She holds 8 designations with one being Certified Residential Specialist which is a symbol of excellence in residential real estate. Kim has traveled the country for the past twelve years to attend national, state and local real estate conferences to network with the industry finest and learn new laws, marketing and technology to better serve the client. Kim is also a proud member of Women’s Council of Realtors and was local chapter president in 2014.She is a graduate of Eckerd College in St Petersburg and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on marketing.
